Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our flowers throughout the Greater Toronto Area including Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa.

How fast can you deliver?
Please allow up to 6 business hours for your flowers to arrive. For other delivery time requests please call us.

Which style of funeral flower arrangement do you recommend?
Tribute Containers and Standing Sprays are most popular for funeral homes and churches. A Table Arrangement is appropriate to send to a residence.

Can I order flowers on the telephone?
We will be glad to take your order on the telephone. Please call us during our flower shop hours.

Do you make your own flower arrangements?
We never transfer any order that is within our delivery area. We ensure each flower arrangement meets our high standard of quality and design. 

How are you different from other florists?
We have chosen to specialize in funeral flower arrangements. Devoting ourselves to this one specific area has made us extremely dependable and efficient in providing  you with great value and  first-class service.

We have been a Toronto florist since 1985.

Can you send flowers across Canada?
It is standard florist practice to transfer "out-of-town" orders to a local  florist. Flower orders for outside of the Greater Toronto Area will be relayed to a reputable flower shop through our affiliation with Teleflora florists.  Due to regional fluctuations in prices and availability of flowers, arrangements sent to other parts of Canada may be different from those displayed in our site.

Will you substitute flowers to fill an order?
Due to market conditions and availability of flowers, we may make an appropriate substitution with flowers of equal or greater value. Quality, color scheme and the integrity of the design will not be compromised.

What methods of payment do you accept on your web site?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  All our prices are listed in Canadian Funds.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We never send your credit card number over the network in a way that is accessible to anyone.  Your security is provided using SSL encryption which is the predominant security protocol for online transactions.
